Growth happens in the real moments,
not on a schedule.
Executive Advisory
Ongoing strategic counsel for founders and executives. Contracts, decks, proposals, negotiations, and real-time thinking on whatever you’re dealing with.
Most of the value of our work together happens between sessions rather than in them. You send issues as they come up, without weighing whether they warrant a meeting.
A contract before you sign it. A difficult email before it goes out. A negotiation worked through response by response. That is the whole point: you get a steady, experienced person to think with, exactly when the decision is being made.
How the Executive Advisory Retainer Works
Want to talk it through?
Communication and management dynamics are where most teams struggle, and where I love to dig into the details, so the project that's been stuck for months finally moves.
A leader having trouble managing down, or up. Reading the room. Prioritizing when everything feels urgent. How people say the difficult thing, how they delegate, how they handle conflict instead of stepping around it. When these get better, people take real ownership of their work and the culture follows.
Our work together takes a few shapes: one-on-one coaching for leaders, executive team coaching, leadership intensives, and 360 reviews, on-site or virtual. When a team is stuck in real conflict, I come in and work through it with them. Some organizations keep me on retainer, working with several of their leaders on an ongoing basis rather than session by session, and I support companies through transitions too, a new CEO, a merger, a restructuring, and the disruption that comes with any of them.
Where it's useful, that extends into leadership development consulting, business development, and strategy, which is ground I know from running operations at the Senior VP level for a national healthcare company. I also run company retreats built around what your team is actually working through: communication, trust, leadership, or wherever the real friction sits.
Together we find what's not working and build something much sturdier in its place.

Coaching
I continue to work with individuals, couples, and
co-founder partnerships, many of them by referral. The way you lead and the way you live are not two separate stories. I work with the whole person.
The work ranges widely. Career transitions and the decisions that come with them. Relationships that aren't working, at home or at work. Anxiety, perfectionism, and the feeling of never quite measuring up. Some of it is clearly professional, some of it clearly personal, and parts are somewhere in between.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start with a conversation to find the right path forward, talking through what brought you to me and whether coaching, advisory, or something else fits best.

Nothing happens in a silo. My approach is relational and never shaming, and the way you lead and the way you live are not two separate stories. I work with the whole person.
People come to me with the things that don't fit neatly in a work box or a personal one. Anxiety that won't quiet down. A sense of always running behind, no matter how early you start. The conversation you keep putting off. The patterns underneath a management style, and where those patterns first came from.
Career transitions come up often. A move to a different company, or a change of direction entirely. We go through your resume, and I'll have you work through a matrix that sorts what matters to you from what you assumed mattered. Then I push on it until we get to your actual non-negotiables, which are rarely the ones people name first.
A good deal of this work is about relationships. Romantic, family, friendships. Someone who wants a partner and hasn't found one yet. Someone struggling with the partner they have. A family that's difficult, or worse. Friendships that aren't working the way they used to. This is different from the work I do with couples, because here it's just you, looking at your side of the relationship.
Underneath a lot of it is how you see yourself. The feeling that you've fooled everyone and someone is about to notice. The sense of being behind on a timeline everyone else seems to be keeping. Measuring yourself against people who look like they have it worked out. The feeling of not being enough, or of never quite getting it right. Often that goes back further than whatever brought you in, to something that happened and what you decided about yourself afterward. That decision isn't who you are. It was learned, which means it can be unlearned.
And I don't disappear between sessions. I'm available by text as things come up, so you're not sitting on something for a week waiting to talk it through.
BOOK A LIFE COACHING SESSION -
The same skill set as life coaching, applied to two people building a life or a business together. We work on communication, conflict, and the patterns each person brings to the relationship, usually with both of you there.
